Job Description

We are looking for an Associate with 3+ years of experience in strategy and operations to join our team. You will lead a portfolio of projects aimed at achieving the organization's strategic priorities, while coordinating across multiple teams and working closely with One Acre Fund's senior leadership and CEO. You will report to the Office of the CEO Manager.

Requirements

3+ years of experience in strategy and operations, for example, in management consulting, international development, or an organizational strategy team Strong project management skills with experience leading complex organizational change across multiple teams Experience in data-driven analysis, including presenting and communicating findings to a variety of audiences Great communication skills and a collaborative mindset, with the ability to navigate fast-paced environments and align different teams toward shared goals A high level of proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office, including the ability to create high-quality presentations and models Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience Language: English required, with other languages used in our countries of operation a plus, including French, Swahili, and Kinyarwanda
